We are the ISSC!
ISSC stands for Information Systems Student Council (formerly WI-AG). We represent the interests of all information systems (BSc.& MSc.) students.
With our approximately 30 members, we regularly organize various events, such as the Christmas party, the master barbecue, or the Leo Rally during orientation week.

In the Background, the ISSC's more than you might think. We manage, for example, the exam archive where you can download the exams of the last years. A must known of every student.
For all first-semester bachelor students, we additionally offer the WI-Mentoring. Here we explain at the beginning of the study all you need to know and who to turn to.

Events
IS Summer Party
We, as the ISSC, organize the legendary IS Summer Party. Das Fest findet am Leonardo-Campus statt und richtet sich hauptsächlich an die Wirtschaftsinformatik-Studierenden unserer Universität.
Das hervorragende Angebot von frisch gegrillten Bratwürsten und selbst gezapftem Bier für einen unschlagbaren Preis lockt jedes Jahr bis zu 400 Gäste an. Mit unserem Sommerfest wollen wir die Studierenden untereinander in Kontakt bringen und so jede Menge Spaß haben.
It is, therefore, THE Event für uns Wirtschaftsinformatiker*innen, auf das jedes Jahr voller Vorfreude gewartet wird.
IS Master BBQ
Once in the Semester, the ISSC organizes a BBQ event for the IS master students. Here you can talk with other students or with professors and staff of the department.
Since last year we organize a barbecue, along with the Economics master students to promote the interdisciplinary exchange.
WI-Lan
The WI-Lan is a classic Lan Party, as they might be known from the past from the youth. Organized by the ISSC and is held once a Semester in Leo 18.3.
Played a variety of classic PC Games, From shooter games like Counter Strike or Call of Duty to strategy games like Age of Empires is something for every taste with it. In addition, the possibility to consoles such as the Switch, to compete against each other since the last semesters. Successful participants at the end of the Evening, attractive prices.
